Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive a return authorization and instructions. Some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and the time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
